Split requires your help with HD movie making!

| Hello, fellow viewers. As I recently said on my channel, my Hauppauge HD PVR is working without problems. It would've worked just fine even before, but I was too thick-headed to realize only thing I need to do was download the update. Grrrr. Anyway, the reason I'm making this clip is to ask for your advice and assistance. I'd like to start outputting HD movies primarily, but there's a couple of obstacles I have to remove. One is me being on USB modem. At best I can upload videos with 50kb/s upload speed, which isn't very great. So, because of that, we come to second problem - size of HD videos. I'm using two programs to output HD videos: - Cyberlink Power Director 8 - Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.0 During my tests with Cyberlink's program I found out that HD files in [wmv] format are the best to output, because they were almost identical in quality to the raw files. I am using Total Media Extreme to capture videos from PSP, XBOX360 and PS3. Video specs of captured files are: 1280 x 720 resolution 59974 fps 13,64 Mbps bitrate 16:9 aspect ratio When you watch "acquired" movies in 720p HD definition, length about 80~90 minutes, movie's file size is about 800 MB, and the picture's quality is great. How can I achieve that with two programs I mentioned? I'd like to get information that would on how to make a good HD quality video of say 10 minutes in length, with file size of cca 200 MB.
